- Have previous construction experience, though not absolutely required.
- Be familiar with basic construction, hand and power tools.
- Be a problem solver.
- Be well-spoken and presentable as a customer-facing employee. We provide company uniforms. This role will be going to people’s homes & occassionally interact with homeowner customers.
- Be confident, responsible and dependable.
- Be clean and organized when it comes to operating and maintaining our tools and equipment.
- Be willing to take direction and follow guidance from supervisors, yet work independently.
- Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
