Indya sells Indian occasion wear almost entirely outside India. Our customers are Indian-origin women in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. They pay in dollars and pounds, order values are high, and the purchase is emotional and time-bound: a lehenga for a wedding six weeks away, worn in photographs that matter to her. Creative that works for Indian domestic audiences does not automatically work here.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Personal Brand & PR professional to manage and build the founders’ presence across social media and media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage founders’ personal branding across various social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Develop content ideas, posts, reels, articles and thought-leadership content.
- Build content calendars and maintain a consistent founder voice.
- Handle PR outreach,



media relations, interviews, podcasts and speaking opportunities.
- Develop PR pitches, founder profiles and media communication.
- Track social media and PR performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Content, PR, Communications or Social Media.
- Candidates from a PR background with experience handling founder content preferred.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media and personal branding.
- Comfortable working directly with founders/senior leadership.
