As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across operations, product development, marketing, business growth, and strategy.

No two days will be the same. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a startup is built from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

- Coordinate with production and vendors
- Track inventory and order fulfillment
- Improve operational processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution

Product Development
- Research market trends and customer needs
- Assist in developing and launching recent products
- Coordinate product sampling and packaging
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback

Marketing & Growth
- Assist in campaign planning and execution
- Coordinate influencer collaborations
- Support social media initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Help grow sales across Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify

Business & Strategy
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support new business initiatives and partnerships

AI & Automation




- Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
- Research, summarize, and create documents using AI
- Explore automation opportunities across business functions
