Role Description This is a full-time, in office Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) role based in Bengaluru.

The Forward Deployed

Engineer works directly with customers to design, implement, and deploy AI-driven software solutions tailored to real-world business challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, architecting and developing back-end services, integrating AI/ML components into production systems, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. The role involves writing clean, maintainable code, building APIs and data pipelines, troubleshooting issues in live environments, and iterating quickly based on user feedback. The engineer also contributes to technical documentation, code reviews,



and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, product teams, and operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and microservices.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate models into production systems (experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus).
- Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work closely with clients, and comfort operating in fast-paced, deployment-focused environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teamwork.
