Packing Operations Management

- Packing aera, organize, and supervise daily packing activities to achieve production and dispatch targets.

- Ensure packing operations are completed within established timelines and production schedules.

- Minimize product damage, packing errors, and material wastage.

Team Management

- Lead, train, and supervise all packing staff, including Packers, and Helpers.

- Conduct regular training sessions on SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety

Quality & Food Safety

- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), HACCP, BRCGS/FSSC 22000, and company quality standards.

- Verify that labels, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and packaging details are accurate before dispatch.

- Coordinate with QA/QC to resolve packing-related quality issues.

Inventory & Material Management

- Coordinate with the Store Department to ensure timely availability of packing materials.





- Maintain proper records of packing material usage and finished goods.

Documentation & Reporting

- Ensure accurate maintenance of packing records, production reports, and daily packing summaries.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of daily packing targets.

- Packing accuracy and reduction in rework.

- Minimum packing material wastage.

- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

- Zero major customer complaints related to packaging.

- Timely completion of documentation and reports.

- High housekeeping and audit scores.

- Effective manpower utilization and team performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
