Viwidh Hospitality is the company behind Roti Kulcha Naan (RKN), a fast-growing North Indian vegetarian restaurant brand. With a Central Kitchen and multiple outlets in Bangalore, we are building scalable systems to expand across the city while maintaining exceptional food quality and customer experience.

Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our Central Kitchen and restaurant outlets. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, inventory control, team performance, SOP compliance, and business metrics while working closely with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage operations across the Central Kitchen and all outlets.
- Ensure SOP, hygiene, food quality, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, food cost, wastage, and procurement.
- Track daily KPIs including sales, productivity, customer feedback,



and outlet performance.
- Lead outlet managers and kitchen teams to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Support the launch and stabilization of new outlets.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, cloud kitchen, or multi-outlet operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, food cost, and restaurant operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and operational reports.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hospitality qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
