Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications

- Build secure fintech features such as wallets, payments, KYC, and user onboarding

- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs (REST / JSON)

- Work closely with backend, QA, and product teams

- Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience

- Handle app deployment and support for Play Store and App Store

- Fix bugs, improve stability, and support production issues

- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall mobile application development experience

- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

- Experience in building production-grade fintech or wallet applications

- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)

- Experience with API integration and data handling

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization,



and secure storage

- Experience with Firebase (FCM, Crashlytics, Analytics)

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and code versioning

- Experience handling UAT & production deployments

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience in Wallet / Payment / Banking / FinTech applications

- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines, or fintech compliance

- Experience with third-party SDK integrations

- Understanding of App security and performance optimization

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
