We're looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with a strong eye for design and animation to join our mobile engineering team. You'll be building high-performance, visually polished mobile experiences on par with top-tier consumer apps — where design fluidity and micro-interactions are as important as functionality.

- Design and build advanced, reusable Flutter components with pixel-perfect UI implementation
- Create smooth, delightful animations and micro-interactions (page transitions, gestures, loaders, custom widgets)
- Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fluid, responsive Flutter UIs
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to push UI/UX quality to a best-in-class bar
- Optimize app performance,



rendering, and animation frame rates (60fps target)
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, manage state (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider/GetX)
- Write clean, testable, maintainable Dart code following best practices
- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI jank

- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating custom animations (Rive, Lottie, Flutter's animation APIs — AnimationController, Tween, Hero animations, implicit/explicit animations)
- Deep understanding of Flutter widget lifecycle, custom painters (CustomPaint), and layout mechanics
- Experience building complex, branded UI — not just standard Material/Cupertino widgets
- Solid grasp of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX)
- Experience with animation tools: Rive, Lottie, After Effects (Bodymovin) exports
