Role Description The FLS role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will be responsible for acquiring and servicing life insurance customers, meeting sales and productivity targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospects, explaining product features and benefits, completing documentation,



and coordinating with branch staff and internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, updating sales reports, and participating in training and development programs. The FLS will contribute to the growth of the business by building long-term relationships and promoting SUD Life’s products within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet defined targets.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance concepts, financial products, and regulatory requirements, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and customer follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, branch-based environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to performance-driven culture.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and customers, with a focus on ethical conduct and compliance.
