Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Floor Manager – Collections to manage day-to-day collection operations and lead a team of Collection Team Leaders and Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in loan collections, team management, target achievement, performance monitoring, attrition control, and collection strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily collection operations and ensure achievement of assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor Team Leaders and Collection Executives.
- Allocate targets and portfolios to teams based on business requirements and portfolio performance.
- Track daily performance, productivity, conversion, PTP (Promise to Pay), and actual collections.
- Monitor bucket-wise performance, delinquency, roll rates, and recovery trends.
- Conduct regular floor huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Identify underperforming teams/employees and implement corrective action plans.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to improve productivity, efficiency, and target achievement.
- Monitor and control employee attrition and shrinkage.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, collection processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving critical collection issues.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Risk, Credit, Legal, and other internal teams as required.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and collection performance reports.
- Analyze collection data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure ethical, professional,



and customer-friendly collection practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in team productivity, quality, and overall portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong experience in in-house loan collection operations.
- Proven experience in team and floor management.
- Strong understanding of collection processes and loan portfolios.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MIS, Excel, and collection dashboards.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet aggressive business targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in tele-calling collections; field collection exposure will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Finance, or Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in NBFCs, FinTech companies, digital lending, consumer loans, personal loans, business loans, credit cards, BNPL, or other retail lending portfolios will be preferred.
