Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end flight operations support for non-scheduled charter flights, including cargo operations.

- Prepare, process, and maintain flight handling applications, permits, approvals, and operational documentation.

- Coordinate with government departments, aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies for operational requirements.

- Liaise with Ground Handling Agencies (GHA), airport authorities, and service providers for smooth flight execution.

- Coordinate with airport cargo terminals and warehouses for cargo handling, documentation, and operational arrangements.

- Monitor and supervise non-scheduled charter flight operations to ensure timely execution.

- Prepare professional emails, operational reports, and official correspondence.

- Ensure effective coordination between clients, flight crew, handlers, vendors, and internal operational teams.





- Maintain proper records related to flight operations, approvals, and documentation.

Requirements:

- 4-5 Years of experience in aviation, airline, airport, cargo and charter flight operations

- Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation management.

- Good knowledge of aviation operations and charter flight handling processes.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-critical operational activities.

- Prior experience in aviation, charter operations, cargo operations, or airport handling will be preferred.
