The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day activities on the operational floor, ensuring smooth workflow, employee productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks. The role involves coordinating with different departments, monitoring staff performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining discipline and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily floor operations.

- Allocate work and responsibilities to employees based on operational requirements.

- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and performance.

- Ensure work is completed accurately and within the required timelines.

- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Purchase, Dispatch, and other departments as required.





- Monitor the movement, handling, and storage of materials on the floor.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and available resources.

- Monitor stock/material handling activities and report discrepancies.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace organization.

- Implement and maintain safety procedures and ensure employees follow safety guidelines.

- Identify operational problems and take appropriate corrective action.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
