- Supervision of Fleet Executives and day-to-day fleet operations

- Vehicle health checks, VHM and preventive maintenance monitoring

- Fleet availability, scheduling and shift planning

- Hub-level manpower deployment and operational coordination

- Basic fleet data tracking, reporting and documentation

- Monitoring vehicle readiness, utilisation and operational issues

Behavioural Skills

- Strong team supervision and ground-level leadership

- Ability to ensure discipline, accountability and task completion

- Quick decision-making and problem-solving in field situations

- High energy, field orientation and ability to work under pressure

- Ownership of location-level fleet performance and outcomes

- Explicit and effective communication with Fleet Executives and supervisors

Compensation : 20,000 - 21,000/- per month +PF +ESIC

Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
