, we are expanding our wealth management and investment operations. We are looking for an experienced

Fixed Income Dealer to join our team in Mumbai, with a specialized focus on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and structured products.

Responsibilities

- Trade Execution:

Execute secondary market transactions targeting Pass-Through Certificates (PTCs), Commercial Papers, and Corporate Bonds for our AIF portfolios.

- Clearing & Settlement:

Manage end-to-end execution and settlement of fixed income trades via institutional platforms (ICCL and NSCCL).

- Deal Sourcing:

Actively network with brokers, mutual funds, and institutional players to source deals and secure optimal pricing/yields.

- Market Strategy:

Track interest rate movements, yield curves,



and credit spreads to provide actionable market intelligence to our Fund Managers.

- Compliance & Ops:

Ensure seamless coordination with the back office for settlements and strictly adhere to SEBI/RBI compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

- 2 years of active experience in fixed income dealing.

- Deep understanding of AIF structures and structured debt products (especially PTCs).

- Hands-on operational knowledge of NSE/BSE and clearing corps (ICCL/NSCCL).

- Robust analytical mindset to interpret macroeconomic data and RBI policies.
