Role Description This full-time Flash Animator role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Flash

Animator will design and produce engaging 2D and Flash-based animations for digital campaigns, social media content, and branded projects. Daily responsibilities include creating storyboards, developing visual concepts, animating graphics and characters, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers,



and content creators to translate briefs into compelling visual narratives.

Animator will also optimize animations for different platforms, maintain organized project files, and meet production timelines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Flash Animation and 2D Animation for digital and social media content.

Proficiency in Storyboarding and visual storytelling to plan and communicate animation sequences.

Experience in general Animation principles, including timing, motion, and character movement.

Competence in Graphics creation and layout using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Relevant education or training in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.

Ability to work in office in Delhi, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio showcasing animation work for digital or influencer-led campaigns.

Understanding of digital marketing and social media formats is an advantage.
