Schedule and coordinate daily service activities for field technicians. Monitor service schedules .Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments, work permits. Track service contracts. Generate service reports
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in fire alarm system , gas detection systems, preferably in a service coordination or operations role. Experience coordinating field service personnel is preferred.
