Position: Financial Relationship Manager

Salary: ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Relationship Manager who will be responsible for acquiring current clients, understanding their financial requirements, building long-term relationships, and generating business across Auxieron's financial product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their financial goals, requirements, and existing financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Generate business across Mutual Funds, Loans, Insurance, Bonds, and other financial solutions offered by Auxieron.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products to existing clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Coordinate with product partners and internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, follow-ups, and business generated.
- Achieve assigned monthly business and revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing support and relationship management to existing clients.
- Stay updated on the financial products and solutions offered by the company.





Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Confident in communicating with clients
- Comfortable with sales and business development
- Valuable at building and maintaining relationships
- Interested in financial markets and financial products
- Willing to actively approach and acquire clients
- Able to work independently and take ownership of targets

Experience in banking, financial services, mutual funds, insurance, loans, wealth management, or sales will be an advantage. Compensation & Performance

Fixed Salary: ₹30000month In addition to the fixed salary, the position includes performance-based incentives linked to business and revenue generation.
