Position Summary

Operations Lead Associate-RTR

As a Senior Associate, the team member supports in ensuring the accurate financial reporting and analysis of general accounting related activities by collaborating closely with various departments to gather pertinent financial data. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial data, ensuring the integrity of financial records and compliance with relevant policies and standards

Work you will do:

- Preparation of statutory financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts.
- Gain practical exposure to IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP requirements through day-to-day responsibilities and team support.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, regulatory filing requirements, and statutory disclosures, staying current with guidance from IASB, FASB, and relevant local standard-setters.
- Assist in standardization of chart of accounts, accounting policies, and period-end close procedures across entities.
- Preparation of process documentation to support statutory, and regulatory compliance requirements as applicable.
- Demonstrate knowledge of accounting process,



financial close process, including general ledger accounting, period end financial close, monthly and quarterly reporting, Balance sheet reconciliations, Journal entries preparation and the evaluation and interpretation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with financial accounting deliverables.
- Lead a team of professionals to allocate work, set performance goals, conduct appraisals, coach high potential and manage succession, if needed.
- Serve as primary client contact for second-level queries, governance updates and audit requests; present performance dashboards and improvement of roadmaps.
- Proactively surface risks / issues in internal and client governance forums; support senior leadership with data and remediation plans.
- Able to independently communicate with the stakeholders. Able to carry out independent analysis of any given activity and provide solutions to the stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in record to report role.
- Excellent Working knowledge in MS office tools
- Knowledge of US-GAAP and financial closing process.
- Should be proactive and possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Have attention to detail along with good analytical skills.
- Ability to ensure a high level of overall quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work well & multi-task in a rapid paced, time sensitive environment.
- Good knowledge on various packages such as Oracle, SAP, Blackline, Acadia 6.5, Infor, Coupa, Cognos etc.

Shift/Work Timings

- The role requires flexibility to work in various shift timings, including night shifts, as per business needs.
- You will be expected to work from the office five days a week.
