About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – FP&A; & Commercial Analysis to drive financial planning, commercial performance analysis, MIS, budgeting, and business insights.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders , contributing to profitability analysis, ROCE reviews, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit coordination, and finance digitalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. FP&A; & Commercial Analysis

- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function with a solid focus on commercial performance.
- Drive volume and contribution margin analysis at both standalone and consolidated levels.
- Generate meaningful business insights to support financial and commercial decision-making.

2. ROCE & Product Group Analysis

- Conduct regular Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on product-group-wise profitability and performance analysis .
- Analyse business performance and identify key drivers impacting profitability.

3. MIS & Financial Reporting

- Manage the standalone monthly closing process .
- Prepare and present Monthly MIS reports to senior management.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial reporting.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting

- Play a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle .




- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure budgets and forecasts are aligned with strategic business goals .
- Support performance tracking against budgets and forecasts.

5. Audit Support

- Coordinate and provide support for statutory and internal audits .
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of audit requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth audit process.

6. Finance Process Digitalisation

- Contribute to finance process automation and digitalisation initiatives .
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness .
- Support implementation of process improvements across finance functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified CA or CMA with 4–7 years of relevant experience .
- Experience working in a manufacturing entity .
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel .
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
