NJob Summary

nWe are looking for a high-performing FP&A; professional to support business planning, forecasting, performance management and strategic decision-making across the organization.

NThe role offers exposure to senior leadership, investor reporting, business finance, financial modelling and strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates aspiring for leadership roles in finance.

NKey Responsibilities

nFinancial Planning & Forecasting

N- Support the annual budgeting and operating plan (AOP) process across business units.

N- Prepare rolling forecasts and periodic reforecasts to improve business visibility and predictability.

N- Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity models to evaluate business outcomes and risks.

NPerformance Management





N- Drive monthly MIS reporting and management dashboards for leadership review.

N- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying key business drivers.

N- Monitor operational andfinancial KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

NBusiness Partnering

n- Work closely with business teams to support commercial decisions and improve profitability.

N- Partner with functionalleaders to monitor costs, productivity and resource utilization.

N- Support evaluation of new business initiatives, pricing decisions and investment proposals.

NStrategic Finance

n- Assist in preparing board, management and investor presentations.

N- Support financial modelling, valuation exercises and strategic projects.

N- Contribute to M&A; evaluations, due diligence activities and post-investment performance tracking as required.

NProcess Improvement

n- Improve financial reporting processes and enhance automation wherever possible.

N- Support implementation and effective utilization of ERP and business intelligence tools

NSkills & Qualification

n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
N
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, Business Finance or Commercial Finance roles.
N
- Robust understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
N
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint.
N
- Exposure to ERP systemsand BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms is preferred.

- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
