Job Summary

We are hiring an FP&A; Analyst for a leading global financial services organization. The role will be part of the Performance Steering / Finance Management Reporting function and will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost and headcount analysis, management reporting, and providing financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly and quarterly cost, expense, and headcount reports for management review.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform Actual vs Budget/Forecast variance analysis and identify key financial trends and drivers.
- Monitor financial data and coordinate with Finance and business teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets.
- Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management and business stakeholders.
- Develop financial models and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Perform cost analysis and cost allocation activities.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and financial insights for senior leadership.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, reporting automation,



and workflow optimization.
- Participate in reporting tool enhancements, UAT, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills
- 2 – 5 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Business Finance, or MIS Reporting.
- Strong experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, P&L; Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
- Solid understanding of cost analysis and cost allocation.
- Exposure to Headcount/FTE reporting and workforce planning is preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and data analysis. Macros/Power Query will be an advantage.
- Exposure to is an added advantage.
