We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;). The ideal candidate should have solid financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting skills, along with the ability to support strategic business decisions through insightful financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze monthly financial performance and provide variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Support business partnering by assisting functional teams with financial analysis.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal controls.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A; or Corporate Finance.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Immediate Joiners. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
