The Finance Manager serves as the senior financial and administrative leader for Rick's Place and The Great Ranch, responsible for ensuring the Foundation maintains sound financial stewardship, operational accountability, and administrative excellence in support of its mission and continued growth.

Reporting directly to the Deputy Executive Director, this position provides leadership in financial management, organizational compliance, budgeting, reporting, and administrative operations while collaborating with the Director of Finance to establish effective financial systems, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making.

The Finance Manager contributes to organizational planning, resource stewardship, and continuous improvement while serving as a professional representative of the Foundation within the community.
