We are looking for a Financial Literacy Trainer who is passionate about financial education and confident in delivering engaging training sessions to students and teachers .

The ideal candidate should have a strong finance/banking/financial services background , excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify financial concepts for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial literacy training sessions for students and teachers across Mumbai.
- Deliver training primarily in Marathi , with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi.
- Travel to schools, educational institutions, and other training locations across Mumbai.
- Explain financial concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.
- Cover topics such as saving, budgeting, banking, investments, insurance, digital payments, financial planning, and money management .
- Conduct interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises during sessions.
- Follow structured training content while adapting the delivery based on the audience.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding training schedules,



session requirements, and feedback.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive learning experience for participants.
- Deliver training sessions 5 days a week .

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Economics, or a related field .
- Prior experience in financial training, financial education, banking, financial services, or teaching/training is preferred.
- Marathi fluency is mandatory .
- Positive command of Hindi ; English communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for students and teachers.
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai for training sessions.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging while conducting classroom sessions.
- Candidates with experience as a Financial Trainer, Banking Trainer, Finance Trainer, Financial Advisor, Investment Trainer, or Faculty/SME in Finance are encouraged to apply.
