Transaction Services (TS) is a leading Deals Advisory practice supporting corporate, private equity, and financial institution clients across acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions. With deep expertise across sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Consumer, and Real Estate, the team delivers high-quality financial due diligence and transaction support throughout the deal lifecycle.

Role & Responsibilities

- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across M&A; transactions.
- Analyze financial data, identify key trends, risks, and deal-related issues.
- Assist in preparing due diligence reports and client deliverables.
- Validate data accuracy and liaise with clients to resolve queries.
- Contribute to transaction execution and project management activities.




- Build robust client relationships and maintain professional networks.
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and engagement letters.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Skills required

- CA Qualified
- Sector expertise - Infrastructure & Energy.
- Candidates with front end/ client facing role
- Candidates with core fdd experience (1-6years)
