About the Role

TrueBlue India LLP is looking to hire a Financial Analyst – Billing who will join a team of professionals that form TrueBlue’s Order to Cash Group. The role will involve working with the team to ensure the timely collections and dispute resolution on customer accounts. This role requires excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities





1. Daily processing of timecard entry, remittance match, invoice posting, and exceptions handling
2. Identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, timecard rejections, and answering inquiries as needed.
3. Ensure timely and appropriate compliance with all associated regulations.
4. Ensure daily work is completed as per the defined SOP and within TAT.
5. Work on requests received via the ServiceNow portal and ensure timely closure of requests.
6. Handle queries from all stakeholders regarding assigned accounts/activities.
7. Take extra initiatives apart from regular work.
8. Resolve billing and customer credit issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1. B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance)
2. 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable/O2C domain.
3. Good written & verbal communication skills
4. Hands On Experience with ERP’s (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) preferred
5. Proficient in computer applications including Excel & Word.
