- Design, develop, and deliver training modules on the following core areas:

◦ DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) Valuation ◦ Financial Modelling

◦ Financial Statement Analysis

◦ Transaction Comparables (Precedent Transaction Analysis)

◦ Comparable Company Analysis (Trading Comps)

◦ Knowledge on Investment Banking

◦ Ratios, Buyout, Sellout etc.

- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and live case studies for classroom use.
- Conduct interactive, hands-on training sessions using real-world company data and live market examples.
- Prepare training content, presentations, question banks, and assessment material for each module.
- Evaluate learner progress through assignments, case studies, and mock projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry practices, market developments, and valuation methodologies to keep course content current.
- Mentor students on interview preparation and practical application of concepts for finance/investment banking roles.




- Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum design and training delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong conceptual and practical command over DCF Valuation, Financial Modelling, Financial Statement Analysis, Transaction Comps, and Comparable Company Analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial model-building.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or financial training is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
