Role & responsibilities

- Ensure accurate recording of day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and credit card transactions.
- Perform timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle product costing and cost control analysis.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and conduct profitability analysis.
- Manage asset capitalization processes.
- Conduct internal audits and support GST audits.
- Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition.
- Perform fiscal year-end closing activities and support external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Manage cash flow and capital planning activities.




- Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth operations and professional development.
- Liaise with government departments for statutory matters.
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Male candidate preferred, with 510 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Superior data management and analytical skills.
- Solid time management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in internal audits, GST audits, and government liaison work.
- SAP experience is mandatory, preferably with experience in Finance within the manufacturing industry.
- Team-handling experience is mandatory, with proven experience in managing and leading a team.
