Work timings 9:00am to 5:30pm (subject to delivery requirements) Responsibilities The Finance Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across finance functions. This role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objective, your responsibilities will include: Financial Operations ManagementØClosely working with the finance team for monthly hyperion reporting, invoicing, managing queries from different stakeholders including onshore/KIØMonthly/Yearly vendor cost provisioning and reconciliations,



maintaining and setting up of cost center and project codesØCollaborating with the Senior Manager to track the budget vs actual on monthly basis for all the key KPIs (HC, hours, utilization, costs amongst others)

Process ImprovementØIdentify gaps and inefficiencies in financial processes and implement automation or optimization solutions.ØDevelop and maintain SOPs for finance operations.

Reporting & AnalysisØPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.ØProvide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.ØSupport budgeting and forecasting activities.ØDemonstrate innovative mindset through use of various tools to deliver effective & effective solutionsØActively participate in team development activities like delivering technical training sessions, acting as the performance manager, mentoring the junior team members to support building most competent audit teams Qualifications Educational qualifications Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA) / MBA from recognized body Work experience 8+ year experience with a Big 4 in Operations role/COO support Share Facebook
