We're Hiring | Finance Manager | Ahmedabad (Khatraj, Gandhinagar)

TekniPlex India is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our manufacturing team at our Khatraj facility, located approximately 12 km from Gota, SG Highway, Ahmedabad .

About the Role To lead end-to-end Finance and Accounts operations for the business unit by ensuring strong financial governance, timely reporting, business partnering, statutory compliance, strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and process automation to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualification: CA / CMA (ICWA) / MBA Finance / M.Com

Total years’ experience: 12–15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

Preferred Industries: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Performance Management

- Lead monthly financial reporting and review of business performance through analysis of Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), CIP, Raw Material Cost, Sales Price, PV Analysis, Working Capital trends, Margin Analysis and Budget vs Actual performance.
- Prepare, review and monitor monthly EBITDA projections and analyze variances against actual performance.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare management MIS to support decision-making.

Financial Planning, Costing & Commercial Finance

- Perform annual budgeting and support financial planning activities.
- Lead monthly product costing and profitability review.
- Develop costing for new SKUs and support business evaluation.
- Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making to improve profitability.

Treasury & Banking Management

- Coordinate with banks and manage banking-related activities.
- Review and regularize all open items under EDPMS and IDPMS.
- Support working capital monitoring and treasury-related processes.

Secretarial, Taxation & Compliance





- Manage secretarial activities including preparation and maintenance of meeting minutes and related documentation.
- Coordinate Income Tax communication, submissions and statutory requirements.
- Supervise direct and indirect taxes and its compliance.
- Supervise internal and external audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Insurance & Risk Management

- Manage insurance-related activities and support risk mitigation initiatives.

Finance Operations & Systems

- Lead overall Finance & Accounts department operations and supervision of assigned unit.
- Drive ERP modifications and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure timely review of fixed asset registers, asset tagging and controls.
- Develop templates and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen finance operations.

Strategic Support & Cross Functional Collaboration

- Support business decisions through financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Digital Transformation and Systems Implementation

- Drive digital finance transformation initiatives such as building Macros, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), or AI-based forecasting models.
- Lead or support ERP upgrades or transitions.

Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement and Team Leadership

- Coordinate with consultants, banks and business stakeholders.
- Drive finance process improvement, automation and standardization initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance across finance operations.
- Team Development.
