Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

- Prepare financial statements and coordinate internal and external audits.

- Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

- Monitor business expenses and implement cost-control measures.

- Manage banking relationships and oversee financial transactions.

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).

- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounting team

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and budgeting.

Pay: ₹25000 - ₹30k

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
