Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and finance operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

- Monitor financial performance and prepare MIS reports for management.

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience with ERP software (SAP/Tally/Oracle or similar).

- Advanced MS Excel skills.

- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills .

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
