What We're Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who can take ownership of the organization's finance function, strengthen financial controls, manage compliance and reporting, support fundraising and cash-flow requirements, and effectively lead the finance team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting
- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the organization.
- Oversee bookkeeping, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting using Tally.
- Manage and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, and other financial statements.
- Monitor Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), creditor reconciliations, and fund flow.
- Review and approve financial transactions, bills, and supporting documents. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closures.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Oversee GST, VAT, TDS, PF, ESI, Excise, Service Tax, Commercial Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns, payments, assessments, and regulatory requirements across multiple states.
- Coordinate with tax authorities, consultants,



and auditors for assessments and notices. • Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory laws.

MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and analyse key financial MIS reports, including: o Revenue Reports o Contribution/Margin Reports o Liability Schedules o Receivables & Payables o Cash Flow & Fund Flow o Working Capital Reports
- Provide management with actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Audit & Financial Controls
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Verify financial documentation including PI, PO, LR, GR, tax invoices, quotations, and other supporting documents.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.

Fundraising & Treasury Management
- Manage the company's fund flow and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate fundraising activities and financing arrangements.
- Manage and coordinate third-party bill discounting and related financial transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

Team Leadership

- Lead, manage, and mentor the finance and accounts team across multiple locations.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Build productive finance processes and develop the team's capabilities.
