Hiring Position – Finance Manager

CTC: ₹10–15 LPA

Qualification - CA/ Inter CA/ MBA Finance

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fundraising initiatives through investors, High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), private equity, and venture capital firms
- Prepare pitch decks, financial models, valuation reports, and investor presentations to support fundraising rounds
- Identify and build relationships with potential investors, PE/VC firms, and financial institutions
- Manage due diligence processes, term sheet negotiations, and investor documentation
- Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger,



and bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; ensure smooth completion of audits
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and working capital; provide variance analysis
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management and investor review
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST law, SEBI/FEMA regulations (as applicable), and other relevant regulations
- Support costing and pricing decisions for electrical products/projects
- Liaise with banks, investors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Implement and maintain solid internal financial controls
