Finance Manager – Luxury Wellness Resort

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function at a luxury wellness resort. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, treasury, cost control, and overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cost controls.
- Manage cash flow, treasury and banking activities.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
- Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
- Oversee procurement governance, inventory and asset controls.
- Lead and develop the Finance team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.





Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 10–15 years of progressive finance & accounting experience.
- Minimum 5 years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership role, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness resorts or related industries.
- Robust knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, taxation, audits, MIS, ERP and hospitality finance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred. Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
