Northamps is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Finance Manager Qualification & Experience

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CMA will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounting transactions using Tally Prime and other accounting tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required by management.
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, cash-flow reports, and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely GST filing and statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS and applicable tax deductions and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor company expenses, budgets, cash flow,



and financial transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, operations, procurement, and management teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax deductions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Excellent financial reporting and MIS preparation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
