NLooking for an experienced Finance Head to lead its Finance & Accounts function and drive financial excellence in a fast-growing renewable energy organization.

NLocation: Mumbai

NEmployment Type: Full-Time

NKey Responsibilities

nLead the Finance & Accounts department

NManage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

NHandle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals

NBuild solid relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors

NOversee statutory audits,internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance

NPrepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management

NStrengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management

NMentor and lead a high-performing finance team

NWe're Looking For

nB.Com / M.Com (CA Preferred)

NRelevant Finance & Accounts experience:

N- B.Com / M.Com – 4–5+ Years





N- Chartered Accountant – 2–3 Years Post Qualification

NExperience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.

NSkills Required

nFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

NBudgeting & Forecasting

NBanking, Treasury & Project Finance

NAccounting & Financial Reporting

NMIS Reporting

nGST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance

NLeadership & Stakeholder Management

NTally Prime / ERP | Advanced Excel | Power BI (Preferred)
