About the Position:

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Finance Executive (Warehouse) with a strong foundation in core finance principles. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the companys financial growth and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Self-starter, ready to take on current challenges
- Positive attitude and ability to work with team
- Positive communication with internal and external stakeholders (Hindi and English)
- Comfortable with numbers, reports, and digital payment systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

- Process and verify supplier invoices
- Track expense
- Prepare payment schedules
- Maintain ledgers and reconciliations by coordinating with vendors
- Manage approvals, documentation, month-end, and finance support
- Prepare receiving anddispatch documents for warehouse
- Conduct inventory count and process credit notes




- Conduct Cash and Inventory audits across locations

Experience and Education:

- BCom graduate
- Proficiency in Excel and Tally
