We are looking for a capable Finance Executive to support and manage the daily financial operations of our growing e-commerce company. The role involves handling accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance, and assisting management with financial data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger posting, AP/AR tracking, invoice creation, verification, approval, and timely data entry.
- Prepare and file GST and manage GST reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, budgets, and analysis under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Financial Analyst.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seller payments, platform transactions, purchase entries, and financial approvals.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning by providing required financial data.
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation for all financial and statutory records.
- Assist in month-end closing, audits,



and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Vyapar,Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a quick-paced, creative team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
