The person will take ownership of the overall Accounting, Finance, Taxation &

- Compliance functions of the company. Additionally, s/he will also play the role of Revenue Operations and work with various teams (Operations, Business Development, Product, etc) for expense & revenue optimization of the company by streamlining processes, preventing leakage, and providing data-backed recommendations while also supporting in HR/admin related work.

Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliations

- GST, TDS, PT payments & return filings

- Monthly Invoicing for different customers

- Annual Return Filing &
- Annual Audit completion in coordination with the auditor

- Managing daily payments to hotel partners, and monthly payments to various vendors

- Payroll management, Reimbursements management

- MIS preparation for investor/ management

- Addressing accounts/ payment/tax-related queries of partners

- Assistance in HR &

- Admin related work

- Financial projections &

- Revenue operations

Qualifications/ Skills required

- CA Intermediate/ Prior experience in similar roles

- Knowledge of Zoho Books Accounting tool

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High ownership & quick learner
