Job Summary

Balaji Multiplax Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finance Executive – SAP FI to support SAP S/4HANA Finance operations and financial accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting & Cash Management
- Manage fiscal year variants, posting periods, document types, and chart of accounts.
- Understand business requirements from Finance & Accounts teams and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Coordinate SAP FI integration with MM, SD, PP, and CO modules.
- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live support activities.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain GL, Vendor, Customer, and Asset Master Data.
- Ensure accurate financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Identify and resolve SAP FI-related issues and provide effective functional support.




- Coordinate with internal users and technical teams for system improvements and issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) implementation/support.
- Good understanding of SAP FI integration with other modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce/Finance
- (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent).

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP FI implementation/support.
- Candidates with experience in the manufacturing/flexible packaging industry will be preferred.
