NRole Overview:

NThe role involves managing end-to-end finance operations including invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

NKey Responsibilities:

NInvoicing & Billing:

- Manage Cocoblu uploads and B2B invoicing processes
N
- Coordinate IRN generation and ensure compliance with invoicing regulations
N

nAccounts Receivable / Accounts Payable:

N

n
- Perform AR/AP reconciliation on a regular basis
N
- Manage customer and vendor accounts, ensuring timely settlements
N

nReceivables Management:

N

n
- Track receivablesand follow up on outstanding payments
N
- Prepare periodic reports on receivables status and aging
N

nGRIR Monitoring:

N

n
- Monitor Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accounts
N
- Coordinate with the sourcing team to resolve discrepancies
N

nAudit & Compliance:

N

n
- Support internal and IFC audits
N
- Ensure adherence to financial controls and audit requirements
N

nCash Flow Management:

N

n
- Track daily cash flow and prepare reports
N
- Assist in maintaining liquidity and cash planning
N





nInsurance Tracking:

N

n
- Monitor insurancepolicies and maintain relevant records
N
- Ensure timely renewals and reporting
N

nInventory Management:

N

n
- Perform inventoryreconciliation
N
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve mismatches
N

nRegulatory Compliance:

N

n
- Ensure compliancewith statutory requirements including EDPMS
N
- Maintain documentation and support compliance reporting
N

nReporting & Stakeholder Coordination:

n
- Prepare customer reports and track settlement status
N
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations
N

nKey Skills & Requirements:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
N
- Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting
N
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.G., EDPMS, GST, IRN)
N
- Attention to detail andstrong analytical skills
N
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
N
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities
N

nPreferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degreein Commerce / Finance / Accounting
N
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations
N
