We are expanding our Finance & Accounting team and are looking for talented professionals who can contribute to high-quality financial operations, reporting, analysis, accounting accuracy, and business decision-making.

We are hiring across Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, R2R, Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, and Financial Accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role and level of experience, responsibilities may include:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support statutory, audit, and compliance requirements.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivables

- Manage invoice processing and accounting activities.
- Perform vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payment processing and working-capital activities.
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation and records.

3. Record-to-Report (R2R)

- Manage general ledger accounting and journal entries.
- Perform balance-sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing and reporting.




- Analyze accounting variances and resolve unusual balances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

4. FP&A; & Financial Analysis

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actual results.
- Prepare MIS and management dashboards.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Assist in financial planning and business performance analysis.

5. Business Analysis

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Support strategic and operational decision-making.

6. Process & Internal Controls

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Support automation and process-improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.

7. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Respond to finance and accounting queries professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams.




- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of assigned financial activities.

Experience Range- Post Qualification We are considering professionals across multiple experience levels:

Position Experience Preferred Qualification

1. Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A; 3–5 years CMA / CA
2. Manager – Accounts & Finance 5–8 years CA
3. Junior Accountant – AP 3–5 years MBA / CA Dropout
4. Senior Accountant – R2R 3–5 years CA
5. Senior Analyst – Business Analyst 3–5 years CA / CMA / MBA
6. Mid/Senior Analyst – Business Analyst 2–4 years CA / CMA / MBA
7. Senior Consultant – Financial Accountant 2–3 years CA

*Experience range is post qualification Role, level, responsibilities, and compensation will be aligned with the candidate's relevant experience, qualification, and skill set.

Technology:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems is preferred. Experience with ERP/accounting platforms and reporting tools will be an advantage.
