Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Field Services

Engineer will install, commission, and configure biomedical equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper operation and compliance with company standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance schedules for medical devices. The role involves providing on-site technical support, documenting service activities, and maintaining accurate service records.



The engineer will also train end users on equipment operation, coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and escalations, and ensure responsive, professional customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong field service capabilities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment handling.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for biomedical or electronic equipment.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and safety checks on medical or technical devices.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build qualified relationships.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read technical manuals, interpret schematics, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region and work in clinical environments.
- Basic computer literacy for service reporting and use of diagnostic tools; prior healthcare equipment experience is an advantage.
