About NAKJM Infrastructure

NAKJM Infrastructure is a leading EPC company specializing in EV charging infrastructure, electrical works, and civil execution. We design, install, commission, and maintain EV charging stations across India for OEMs, CPOs, commercial properties, fleet operators, government organizations, and enterprises.

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Associate who can independently execute EV charging projects, coordinate with field teams, and ensure timely delivery of installations with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end installation and commissioning of AC & DC EV chargers.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments before project execution.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors, civil teams, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Supervise installation of LT panels, cabling, earthing, trenching, foundations, and charger mounting.
- Ensure proper routing and termination of power and communication cables.
- Perform charger testing, commissioning, and handover to clients.
- Troubleshoot charger, electrical, and networking issues at project sites.
- Coordinate with OEMs and CMS teams for charger configuration and software integration.
- Ensure work is completed as per electrical drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project timelines and maintain daily progress reports.
- Manage project documentation, installation reports, and commissioning checklists.
- Update project status, service reports, and documentation in ERP/Odoo.




- Provide technical support to field technicians and service teams.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of EV charging stations.
- Travel across India for project execution and emergency support whenever required.

RequirementsEducation
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, Electrical Projects, EPC, Solar, or Industrial Electrical Installations.
- Experience in installation and commissioning of EV chargers will be preferred.

Technical Skills
- Installation of AC & DC EV Chargers
- Electrical panel installation (LT Panel)
- Cable laying and termination
- Earthing and Lightning Protection
- Transformer & DG coordination
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Reading electrical drawings and SLDs
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
- MS Office & Odoo/ERP (preferred)
