About the Role : -

- We are looking for a Field Service Representative to provide in office installation, maintenance, and repair support to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities : -

- Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of equipment/machinery

- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions

- Conduct preventive maintenance visits as per schedule

- Maintain accurate service reports and customer records

- Provide technical guidance and support to customers

- Coordinate with the service team/office for spare parts and escalations

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during field visits

- Travel to customer sites within the assigned region as required

Requirements : -

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field

- 1-4 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support

- Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore and surrounding areas

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Valid driving license preferred

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
