Position: Solar Technician

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a Solar Technician to handle field-level inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar systems. The role involves regular travel to customer and project sites across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect solar systems and identify technical issues.
- Perform troubleshooting and basic electrical maintenance.
- Check panels, inverters, wiring, connections, and other components.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and system checks.




- Identify faults and coordinate for necessary repairs.
- Maintain service reports and records of site visits.
- Travel to different customer/project sites as required.
- Follow safety procedures while working at sites.

Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar equipment.
- 1–3 years of relevant technician/solar experience preferred.
- Must have a bike or personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role.
