Responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) at client locations, along with resolving service calls remotely and on-site to ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Assembly & Installation

Unbox, assemble, and mount Interactive Flat Panels (wall-mount/stand/trolley) as per installation guidelines

Install and configure associated hardware (OPS module, wireless mirroring device, camera, speakers, mounting brackets)

Set up software/firmware, connect to network (Wi-Fi/LAN), and perform initial calibration (touch, display, audio)

Conduct post-installation testing and obtain client sign-off/acceptance report Maintenance & Service Calls

Attend to service tickets/complaints assigned via helpdesk within defined SLA/TAT

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (touch panel, display, power, connectivity) and basic software issues

Perform preventive maintenance visits as per AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedule

Carry out firmware/software updates and troubleshoot network/connectivity issues

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/OEM support with proper documentation 'Travel & On-Site Support

Travel to client locations (schools, offices, institutions) for new installations, service calls,



and AMC visits

Manage multiple site visits per day/week as per route plan

Carry required tools, spares, and testing equipment for on-site resolution Documentation & Reporting

Maintain installation/service checklists, photos, and customer sign-offs for every visit

Update ticket status in helpdesk/CRM tool in real time (open, in-progress, resolved)

Submit daily/weekly visit reports to reporting manager

Maintain spare parts inventory log and raise replacement requests Customer Interaction

Explain basic usage/troubleshooting to end users (teachers, office staff) post-installation

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate dissatisfaction promptly

Ensure customer sign-off and feedback collection after each visit

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware (Graduates in relevant field preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years in AV/IT hardware installation, electronics service, or similar field service role (freshers with solid technical aptitude may be considered)

Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): Any OEM-specific IFP/display certification, networking basics.
