Role Description The Field Sales Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The role involves visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting Thermalon’s product portfolio, and demonstrating how solutions such as metal roofs, insulated roofs, polycarbonate sheets, and insulation materials meet client needs.

The Field Sales

Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in coordination with internal teams. Daily tasks include maintaining regular contact with customers, providing after-sales support, gathering market feedback,



and preparing activity and sales reports. The role also requires collaboration with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, while representing the company professionally in the field.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building, responsiveness, and professional handling of queries and concerns.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and basic understanding of B2B or industrial sales cycles.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills, such as pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and basic reporting using CRM or sales tools.
- Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in construction materials, building products, or industrial supplies, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to travel locally within Rajkot and surrounding areas, with a valid driving license or reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
- Minimum qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
