Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Community Mobilizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with communities and local stakeholders. This role involves market visits, sales promotion, market analysis, and community mobilization activities under various projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local markets regularly to identify business opportunities and generate sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help boost sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community members.
- Carry out community mobilization activities as per project requirements.
- Organize and participate in awareness campaigns, meetings, and community engagement programs.
- Collect field data, prepare activity reports, and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.




- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely execution of field activities.
- Represent the organization professionally during field visits and public interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, community mobilization, or field operations will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
